Ulster Rugby host competing teams as first round draws for the 2025/26 Women’s Junior Cup and Suzanne Fleming Cup are made

AHEAD of the Women’s Junior Cup kicking off for Premiership clubs, and the Suzanne Fleming Cup for Championship clubs, the clubs involved in the competitions from across the province gathered at Ulster Rugby’s Affidea Stadium for the draws.

Representatives from participating clubs, along with Aine Doran and Shannon Letters from the Women & Girls’ Committee and Paul Hart, the Ulster Rugby President, were in attendance.

In his opening remarks, Paul Hart extended a warm welcome to everyone present and expressed his gratitude to the staff who have been instrumental in the growth and development of women’s rugby in Ulster. He emphasised the significant progress made in the women’s game and commended the efforts of the staff, committees, clubs, and individual players involved.

Women & Girls’ Committee vice chair, Aine Doran added her thanks to the club and celebrated the significant growth in the women and girls’ game, and thanked the Ulster Rugby staff for all their continued support and hard work.

Both competitions will get underway on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
