Glens, Linfield, Cliftonville and Lisburn Rangers set for All Island Cup kick off… full fixture list plus draw for the first round of the 2025 Irish FA Women’s Challenge Cup

GLENTORAN Women get the ball rolling for four NIFL competing teams in the Women’s All Island Cup.

Kimberley Turner’s side kick off the group stages of the 2025 competition on Friday, April 25 when they welcome Athlone Town to the BetMcLean Oval. They then continue their Group D campaign with trips to Waterford (May 24) and Treaty United (June 7).

Linfield Women begin their Group A campaign with a visit to Dublin to take on Shelbourne (April 26) before hosting Sligo Rovers at Midgley Park on May 24 (2.00pm) and then another trip south to face Bohemians on June 7.

Lisburn Rangers’ first taste of action comes in a Group B clash with Wexford at Crewe Park on April 27 (3.00pm), followed by two trips to Dublin to come up against DLR Waves (May 24) and Shamrock Rovers (June 7).

In Group C, Cliftonville Ladies travel to face Galway United on the opening weekend (April 26), with home games against Cork City (May 24, 3.00pm) and Peamount United (June 7, 5.00pm) to follow.

Saturday 24 May – Cliftonville Ladies v Cork City (Solitude, 3pm)
Saturday 7 June – Cliftonville Ladies v Peamount United (Solitude, 5pm)

Group D
Friday 25 April – Glentoran Women v Athlone Town (BetMcLean Oval, 7:45pm)
Saturday 24 May – Waterford v Glentoran Women (RSC, 3pm)
Saturday 7 June – Treaty United v Glentoran Women (Markets Field, 3pm)

The top two sides in each group qualify for the quarter-finals (w/e 6th July). The semi-finals are due to be played on w/e 27th July, with the final pencilled in for week-ending 31st August.

Chair of the Irish Football Association Women’s Challenge Cup Committee, Elaine Junk, and vice-chair Neil Morrow made the draw
