Cliftonville’s Danielle Maxwell is PFA NI Women’s Player of The Year while Linfield’s Keri Halliday is Young Player of the Year in a vote by their fellow players

CLIFTONVILLE’S Danielle Maxwell is the PFA NI Women’s Player of The Year while Linfield’s Keri Halliday is Young Player of the Year, voted by their fellow players in the Sports Direct Premiership in a poll  sponsored by Sports Medicine NI.

Danielle (22), who is also the reigning Sports Direct Women’s Premiership Player of the Year, returned to the Reds in the season just finished, making a immediate goalscoring impact and helping the side to the title after a brief spell with English Women’s Championship Blackburn Rovers

Its NI international Danielle’s second spell with the Reds, having previously joined from Glentoran in 2022 where she also enjoyed title success.

As well as shining for the Blues, Keri Halliday (19) has also become a regular starter in Tanya Oxtoby’s Northern Ireland team.
