WITH the title race in the Women’s EY All Ireland hockey league now well and truly underway, top sides face some of their biggest challenges yet as places at the top of the table could see yet another change of hands.
In the Women’s EYHL, Railway Union and Queen’s University go head-to-head to see who will continue their pursuit of Loreto.
Pembroke Wanderers host Loreto in Serpentine Avenue as the hosts look to put a stop to Loreto’s perfect start, while also climbing up the rankings into the top half.
UCD will hope they can make grab a second win in a row when they face Catholic Institute on Saturday.
Old Alex and Ulster Elks will meet as both sides battle to return to winning ways and climb away from the relegation zone.
And Portadown and Pegasus close out the day with an all-Ulster battle Portadown look to defend their spot in fourth.
