LINFIELD Women’s Swifts have been crowned Champions of the NIFL Women’s Academy League, capping off an incredible unbeaten run this season.
The young Blues have gone 11 league games without defeat, with one fixture still to play, showcasing their consistency and quality throughout the campaign.
The title was secured in style at Midgley Park, following a thrilling 4-3 victory over Crusaders Strikers.
Manager Tommy Elliot and his coaching staff have done a tremendous job developing this talented group over recent seasons, building a side that will only help the development of the Women’s division at Linfield. Their hard work and dedication have been rightfully rewarded with this well-deserved league title.
