GREENISLAND Women Reserves collected their second trophy of the season, but not in the way they would have liked. Leading Bloomfield Women FC 3-0 in the NIWFA Division 6 League Cup final, the match was abandoned after 71 minutes when a Bloomfield player suffered a serious injury, requiring hospital treatment. All concerned wish the injured player a fast and full recovery. Morgan Gilmour (2) and Chole Nixon scored the Greenisland goals.
