CONGRATULATIONS to Alana Kerr who has been named Ulster Rugby Referee of the Year.
Alana, from Banbridge, was presented with her award at the Heineken Ulster Rugby Awards dinner, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Shaw’s Bridge.
Alana can be very proud of her achievements in only her second season as a referee, with some high profile appointments including:
U18 Girls Six Nations tournament: officiating as referee and assistant referee.
U18 Girls Ireland v England: referee.
U20 Women Ireland v Canada x 2: assistant referee.
Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Ulster v Leinster: assistant referee.
Ulster v Scarlets in the URC: 5th official.
