NORTHERN Ireland’s Sarah Robson has been named as the North East Football Writers’ Player of the Year for 2023!
The Durham Women’s player scoops the award for the third consecutive year and will collect her trophy at a ceremony in the Ramside Hall Hotel on Sunday, March 3.
Robson was a virtual ever-present for Durham in 2023, chipping in with crucial goals and defensive contributions for the side in the Barclays Women’s Championship.
On the international stage, the 36-year-old earned her 100th cap for Northern Ireland and was a key player in their UEFA Women’s Nations League campaign.
