The May 13, 2025 event, at the Waterfront Hall, is designed for ambitious women who are looking to grow, connect, and step up in their careers — whether they work in business or sport.

Among the Reboot success stories is the Irish Football Association’s Elite Female Leadership programme, in partnership with Electric Ireland, to boost progression across top level football roles for women in Northern Ireland.
It has been developed as part of the Irish FA’s five-year strategy to grow the women’s game at all levels. It is a dynamic seven-month course based on the latest neuroscience, positive psychology and peak performance research.
The programme has evolved following the success of the Electric Ireland Female Football Leaders Programme that has been in place since 2013 and has to date enabled more than 120 women to use their influence and leadership skills within sport to positively impact communities.
