Beth Chalmers at the double as Crues hit Lisburn Ladies for six in Sports Direct Women’s Premiership

FIVE different players were on target as Crusaders Strikers scored an emphatic 6-1 win over Lisburn Ladies in Wednesday’s Sports Direct Women’s Premiership game at Seaview.

Beth Chalmers netted a double after first half goals from Alison McMaster, Jessica Rea and Darcie McNeill.

Aisling Cull pulled a goal back for Lisburn Ladies to make it 5-1 with Jessica McGuinness confirming Crues’ dominance.

Crusaders are now up to fifth in the table, ahead of Derry City on goal difference with City having played a game less.

Lisburn Ladies remain seventh, two places off the bottom, four points behind Crusaders and Derry.
