LOOKING for some fun ways to stay active and healthy this summer? Here are a few ideas that will get you moving!

**Running:** If you’re new to running, start slow and build your way up to 5 kilometres. Don’t push yourself too hard at the beginning – it’s all about enjoying the process and improving gradually. Find a scenic route, put on your favourite playlist, and just enjoy the run!

**Paddle Boarding:** It’s a great full-body workout that also allows you to soak up the sun and enjoy the water. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner, just relax, find your balance, and paddle away. It’s a fun way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors.

**Walking:** Sometimes, the simplest activities are the best. Take a leisurely walk in your neighbourhood or explore a nearby park. Walking is a low-impact exercise that’s great for all fitness levels. Grab a friend or your furry companion for some company, and enjoy the fresh air as you stroll.

**Hiking:** For those who love a bit of adventure, hiking is the perfect summer activity. Find a trail that suits your fitness level and immerse yourself in nature. Remember to wear comfortable shoes, pack some snacks, and stay hydrated. The views at the top are always worth the effort!

**Tips and Advice:** Remember, staying active doesn’t have to be a strict routine. Mix and match these activities based on your mood and energy levels. Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and listen to your body. The goal is to have fun, stay healthy, and enjoy the summer vibes!

So, lace up your shoes, grab your paddle board, or hit the trails – summer is the perfect time to get moving and feel good!
