BALLYMONEY’S Forge Female Fitness has been crowned Ladies Gym of the Year UK at the National Fitness Awards in Leicester, the biggest title in the industry.
Forge was also a finalist for Regional Gym of the Year for Scotland and Ireland, an enormous accolade representing a remarkable scces story, as founder Grace Smith explained.
“To truly understand what this means, you need to know where Forge began,” Grace outlined.
“Nine years ago, Forge was born as Forge Personal Training in the back room of my mum’s house.
