GLENTORAN Football Club has announced a new partnership with leading Belfast based fitness and recovery facility, Bodyscape, who join the club as Official Wellbeing Partner for the 2025/26 season.

As part of the agreement, players from both the Men’s and Women’s First Team squads will benefit from full access to Bodyscape’s elite facilities across Bodyscape Health Club Shaw’s Bridge and Bodyscape Fitness Belfast City Centre.

This includes two state-of-the-art gyms, 20 metre swimming pool with sauna and steam room along with a wide range of daily group fitness classes.

Glentoran players will also benefit from access to Bodyscape’s cutting-edge CET CryoSpa recovery unit trusted by some of the world’s top football clubs, including AC Milan, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Manchester United.

This positions Glentoran’s Men’s and Women’s First Team squads among a select group of athletes with access to world-class recovery support as part of their performance and wellbeing programme.

Simon Millar, Head of Leisure at Bodyscape, said: “We are proud to partner with Glentoran Football Club as Official Wellbeing Partner for the 2025/26 season.

“At Bodyscape, we are passionate about supporting athletes at every level, from elite professionals striving for peak performance to individuals just beginning their fitness journey. Our facilities are designed to promote recovery, wellbeing and long-term health and we’re excited to play a role in Glentoran’s continued development both on and off the pitch.

“We look forward to working closely with the men’s and women’s squads and to engaging with Glentoran’s loyal supporter base through a series of activations that will bring the partnership to life.”

Rajesh Rana, Director of Andras House LTD (Bodyscape’s Parent Company) added: “Bodyscape becoming the Official Wellbeing Partner of Glentoran Football Club is a proud moment for us. It reflects Andras House LTD’s strong commitment to investing in the local community throughout Northern Ireland.

“Through Bodyscape, we have a unique opportunity to make a real and lasting impact in sport at every level, from grassroots clubs nurturing young talent to elite professional teams like Glentoran competing at the highest level.

“By providing both the men’s and women’s squads with access to our state-of-the-art gyms and recovery unit, we’re dedicated to supporting athletes’, enhancing their performance, recovery and contributing to their overall wellbeing throughout the season.”

Declan Devine, Glentoran First Team Manager, said: “This partnership with Bodyscape represents another important step forward as we continue to raise standards across the club and provide our players with the highest quality environment to prepare, perform and recover.

“We’ve already been making great use of the facilities during pre-season, and it’s been a real game changer in terms of player recovery. From the CryoSpa and pool to the gym and studio spaces, it’s exactly the kind of support structure we want around our players.

“I’ve been speaking with Kim Turner and the women’s first team staff and we’re all in agreement that the facilities are absolutely world class. The Bodyscape team have also been incredibly professional and welcoming and we’re looking forward to building a strong relationship as we move forward together.”

The agreement with Bodyscape is the latest in a series of strategic partnerships as Glentoran continues to strengthen its football infrastructure on and off the pitch, while building a strong commercial portfolio.

Recent agreements include BetMcLean as Main Partner, STATSports as GPS Performance Provider, Macron as Technical Kit Partner, Future Ticketing as Digital Ticketing Partner and Creative Commercial Interiors as Commercial Interiors Partner.

The club has also partnered with Route Media to launch Northern Ireland’s largest digital out of home advertising site, prominently positioned on the rear of the BetMcLean Oval’s Railway Stand, facing the high-traffic Sydenham Bypass in Belfast.
