Lauren Roy (Fast Twitch AC), finished with a time of 23.88 in a very competitive 200m final which saw her taking the bronze medal.
Lauren then got silver in the women’s 100m final, losing out to the brilliant Ciara Neville who has struggled with injury in recent years.
Rachel McCann (North Down) repeated her silver medal performance from last year in the 400m, running an outdoor PB of 53.19 in a race won by Sophie Becker.
In doing so, Rachel made a strong claim to be included in the relay squad for the World Championships in Tokyo next month.
