SEPHA, a global leader in pharmaceutical packaging solutions, is delighted to announce its sponsorship of rising swimming star Grace Davison as she trains for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

This sponsorship, covering the first half of the Olympic cycle (2024–2026), will provide Grace with essential support as she trains and competes at the highest level, and continues her journey towards international success and qualification for LA 2028.

Grace, a talented athlete from Ards Swimming Club, began her swimming career at the age of six, following in the footsteps of her sister Mia, who has represented Ireland in both swimming and rowing. Under the guidance of coach Curtis Coulter, a former international swimmer, Mary Peters Trust athlete Grace has quickly risen as one of Northern Ireland’s most promising young talents.

Since starting her international career at just 14 in 2022, Grace has achieved a series of remarkable milestones. She competed in the European Youth Olympics, European Junior Championships, and the Birmingham Commonwealth Games. Her breakthrough year came in 2023, when she claimed Gold in the 400m Individual Medley and Silver in the 200m Individual Medley at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad and Tobago.

The highlight of her career so far was securing a spot on Team Ireland for the 2024 Paris Olympics. As the youngest member of the team at just 16, she set a new Irish Senior Record while competing in the 4×100 Freestyle and Medley Relays.

Grace has continued her impressive form into 2025. In April, she claimed Gold in the 100m Freestyle and Silver in the 200m Freestyle at the Irish Open Swimming Championships in Dublin. She also competed in the Mare Nostrum Tour in Canet, France, where she achieved a strong 4th-place finish in the 200m Individual Medley against a high-level field.

Looking ahead, Grace is focused on a series of major international events that will shape her journey to LA 2028. Her upcoming schedule includes the Spanish National Championships in Palma, the European Junior Championships in Samorín (Slovakia), the World Championships in Singapore in 2025, and the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2026, all important stepping stones on her path to Olympic success.

Sepha’s Marketing Manager Gabine McKeegan shared her excitement about the sponsorship, saying: “Grace’s energy, ambition, and fearless attitude make her an inspiration to young athletes everywhere.

“We are incredibly proud to support her as she pushes toward new achievements on the world stage. Through this sponsorship, we hope to give her the resources she needs to focus on her training and competitions as she works toward her ultimate goal, Los Angeles 2028. We can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.”

Grace expressed her appreciation for Sepha’s support, saying: “I’m so grateful to Sepha for their support over the next two years. Competing at this level wouldn’t be possible without sponsorship, and having the backing of such a respectd local company allows me to fully commit to my training and take on the challenges ahead with confidence. I’m excited to represent Sepha and make the most of this incredible opportunity as I work toward LA 2028!”
