A hat-trick from Slaughtneil corner-forward Aoibh Mulholland sent St Patrick’s, Maghera through to their second Corn Sceilge All-Ireland senior camogie final in three seasons as they dominated Gort Community school, 4-14 to 0-6 in the semi-final in Galway.

Mulholland’s goal in the 27th minute along with six points from free-taker Emma Quinn saw Maghera take an interval lead of 1-7 to 0-5 despite playing against the breeze. Aisling Dolphin scored all five Gort points and added the other in the second half.

St Patrick’s will meet holders Loreto in the Saturday, February 15 final.

Loreto are through to their 11th final since their first victory in 2010 after a 0-14 to 0-3 win over Presentation Thurles in the other semi-final.
